Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for 5-gallon and PET bottled water.
- Onboard high-value corporate and retail accounts.
- Lead, coach, and manage supervisors, sales executives, and delivery drivers.
- Drive customer retention using digital wallets and coupon adoption.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collections and effective credit management.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years of FMCG sales experience (Food & Beverage preferred).
- Leadership: 2–3 years in a leadership role within the UAE market.
- Local Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UAE geography (Dubai, Sharjah, and Northern Emirates).
