Client Relationship Specialist – Medical Insurance
Job Location: NGI-Head Office, Dubai
Job Description
Responsible for handling client relationships within the organization by supervising and ensuring that clients are satisfied, their needs are met, and that the company maintains strong, long-term relationships that benefit both the client and the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, insurers, TPAs, and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication and strong professional relationships.
- Supervise daily client relations operations, including handling inquiries, service requests, complaints, and escalations.
- Coordinate with internal medical, billing, and claims teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, service level standards, and applicable UAE healthcare regulations (DHA/DHIC).
- Monitor client satisfaction, service performance, and turnaround times, preparing regular reports for management review.
- Support, coach, and train the client relations team to maintain professionalism, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth handover from sales, clear understanding of services, and alignment on expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in client relations, healthcare operations, insurance, or TPA services.
- Prior supervisory or team leading experience is preferred.

Officer – Accounts (Reinsurance)
job Location: NGI Head Office, Dubai
Responsibilities:
Reconciling and settling of quarterly treaty reinsurance balances.Reconciling and settling facultative reinsurance (Fac RI) premiums before the expiry of PPW after coordination with the credit control team.MDP settlements on respective due dates.Review PPW report and coordinate with the credit control team if the premium is not collected.Follow up on XOL recovery claims.Maintain a list of cash calls made and recovery of the same.Monthly and quarterly treaty accounts posting in the system.Ensure that all financial transactions are posted correctly within the specified timeframe.Timely allocation of RI settlements in the system.Follow up on TAX invoices and proceed with the direct billing process for UAE based FAC policies.Coordinate with the reinsurance team / underwriting team for any discrepancy in the booking.
Holding Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Accounting / ACCA is value added.Advanced MS Excel.Excellent Analytical Skills.More than 3 years of Reinsurance accounting experience in Insurance industry is preferable.
