Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration and support.
• Technical Expertise: * Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite modules (specifically Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Performance & Goals).
  • Knowledge of SAP integrations, APIs, and HR business processes.
• Preferred Qualifications: * SAP SuccessFactors certification.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment.
• Soft Skills: Analytical problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.

Digital Marketing Specialist
